While she clearly leads by example when it comes to parenting, the German-born supermodel is also now revealing her secret to staying slim.
Heidi reportedly says she has to watch what she eats and make sure she doesn’t start crash dieting.
Says the wife of Seal: “I think if you have a very healthy lifestyle, and you’re always working and you always eat healthy it kind of works. If you keep it going it always works. The secret is not to crash diet. Just do it slowly. The weight will go eventually if you are healthy.”
The 35-year-old beauty recently insisted that being naked in front of her family is “not a big deal”.
She says: “To see me in wings is nothing too unusual. People are pretty open with their bodies in Germany and the children see you naked or in lingerie all the time so it’s not a big deal for us. We don’t hide inside a room somewhere and change - it’s all very out in the open.”

i dont think she is all that gorgeous but a good mother and the part of the naked in front of kids i dont really go for that but each to their own!
Heidi needs to remember she’s in America! Im disgusted how casual she is about being naked in front of her children!!!!!!
I agree with her, people need to stop being so scared of natural nudity. People need to get a more calm and realistic view of naked bodies. And most of all, learn to not be so ashamed. It’s not dangerous for a child to see someone naked in a non-sexual situation, and it’s better in my opinion, so that when they grow up, their first encounters with naked people wont be Playboy or porn.

I dont really see it as a big deal to see mother naked, I can understand dad cuz I’m a girl but since I was little my mother have not been ashamed to walk around the house naked. Though its not a sight I want to see, she always done it so its norm to me. im 18 now by the way
