Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett received the 2376th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today, only days before the release of her latest film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. How convenient!
Steven Spielberg, who directed Cate in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and Buttons director David Fincher were among the speakers at the late-morning ceremony in front of the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.

I just love her. My daughters 4th grade teacher looks exactly like her and even has the same mannerisms. It freaks me out, I just stared at her during our parent teacher conference.

she is so elegent as are many euro women. I love her skin and the way she carries herself and of course she’s a great actress.
Why would she wear a top that low cut when she knew that she’d be photographed kneeling and leaning over her star? Truly, I find her to be very plain and forgettable but I guess in Hollywood that’s considered “refreshing”.
