William Balfour, Jennifer Hudson’s estranged brother-in-law, has been arrested in Illinois in the deaths of the Oscar winner’s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.
The 27-year-old suspect was arrested today at a prison where he was being held on a parole violation.
Hoping this news brings the slightest peace of mind to J.Hud and her family.

Thank god! It takes time and they prosecution has to make sure they have the evidence and a solid case but it’s well worth the wait to put this piece of shit behind bars. Honestly, look at this dog! Why would ANYONE let that piece of shit into their homes (what were these people thinking - he’s an obvious LOSER).

Good news. He is a horrible person who deserves to rot in prison for the rest of his life. Unfortunately his arrest will not bring back the people that he so maliciously killed…but at least it will give the family some peace of mind that he’s paying for his crimes. I don’t think Jennifer Hudson’s sister will ever get over the fact that she was the one who brought him into her home and her family. She has learned a very big lesson, but has lost a lot in the process.
Has anyone read Julia’s myspace page? It sounds as tho Jennifer is the only one in her family with some morals and decency. The brother had drug ties and an extensive rap sheet. it’s the old saying- if you lie down with dogs, your’e gonna get fleas.
