The pop princess has safely landed at New York’s Kennedy Airport following an exhuastive transatlantic flight from London where she performed on Simon Cowell’s X Factor.
Brit was accompanied by her father/conservator Jamie Spears, her manager Larry Rudolph and a herd of umbrella-wielding security guards.
She is set to perform and celebrate her 27th birthday on Good Morning America on December 2.
Let’s hope Monday brings Miss Spears some much-needed rest (and perhaps a few hours of reharsal) before her big make-it-or-break-it American comeback debut.

She is a joke as a performer and just needs to shut it down!! Never will she be what she was and perhaps she can spend time with her kids instead of trying to revive a dead career!
I just really am rotting for her. She has had a hard time with mental illness, rude press, crazy paps and is starting to get better. Good for her!

She’s been so busy lately, I hope she can take a bit of a break soon. As much as I’m loving all these performances and appearances she’s still getting back into the swing of things and needs to take it easy. She’s really looking amazing, like she did back in 2002.

I love how when she was so great back in her prime we were supposed to love her, then during her troubles, everyone bashed her and hated on her, now we are supposed to just automatically love her again. She is a product of the music industry. Does she have a good voice? I mean a really awesome, beautiful singing voice that sounds lovely without synthesizers or background singers?? No. What she has isn’t talent. I am tired of being told she is so great etc. She looks good again because she’s actually taking the time to put herself together.
