UPDATE: Katsu-Ya has issued a statement regarding Restaurantgate 2008. “There were no available tables and the management was extremely sorry they could not accommodate her,†a rep says.

She isnt a Dlister, she is A List for youth culture and she ought to know…….. all the bar scene, which she is not a part of and the restaurant paparazzi parade is ALL ENTIRELY organized by agents. The best people never do photo ops at restaurants, they dont need to. Neither does she. She should order it to go and have her staff pick up the order. Vanessa is a nobody in Hollywood. She will have no career past HSM. Her album flopped. She has zero star power. As proven by this humiliating rejection at an ordinary restaurant.
That particular Katsu-ya is the original one and very small. I think it seats no more than 40 or 50 people max. There’s no reservation, it’s first come first serve. On Saturday night, there’s always a long wait. I don’t even know this girl but my guess is that she could have gotten a table or the sushi bar if she really wanted to but she didn’t want to either wait or tell them “do you know who I am?” thing. Give her a break. At least she has good taste in sushi. It’s a great restaurant.
She should’ve just flashed her vagina. She may not have made a reservation, but we all know she’s proud and very capable of show off her twat (at the very least she should’ve shown the doorman her nude vagina-flashing photo). Call me crazy but THAT’s the photo where she should’ve covered her face in embarrassement, not this one.

I love how you can take a picture and put any spin on it and expect people to believe it. Who knows what the camera man said to make her cover her face? So what if she was truly denied a table?
