People magazine reports that the invitation, that has been printed in gold lettering on deep gold card stock, reads: ‘Please join Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith in welcoming David and Victoria Beckham to Los Angeles.’
This is only the latest party that has been announced after a series of other bashes and shows greeting the celeb couple.
The exclusive soiree, set for Sunday July 22, will be thrown at the Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Los Angeles.
What? The Scientology Center was already booked?

2. Doesn’t VB seem less fridged since coming to America? (better, less damning razzi photos IMO.. I think the Brit tabs only print the stone faced pics of her cuz she’s actually quite cute)

Her show was on last night and I must say I actually enjoyed watching her. She was very funny. It appears as if she knows that people see her as a freak and she has a sense of humor about it.
Good point only.1. I thought she changed her name, too. Weird.

I even re-watched Victoria’s show last night (it was the same one that came on Monday). I think she is great. My favorite part is when she’s talking about her new personal assistant - she can’t be thinner or prettier than her. Very dry wit!
I’m with you only.1.without.herpes - beats paris hilton stories - at LEAST they’re a couple with adorable boys who seem hands-on with their kids and fairly normal (considering). Victoria will have no choice but to be less fridged - remember, she’s from the UK - but she’s in Los Angeles now - they are VERY laid back there - she’ll see that she will need to be to if she’s going to have a good time and be accepted. At the least, she’s going to have to SMILE.
David is gorgeous, but I’m bored- yes, it IS better than giving the Whore-ess more press.

i love the show!!! i told you guys she was funny and charming! ;O) my beau watched the show the first time it aired, and then again with me last night, and he said they cut a lot of ish out — the perez scene and also a scene with the baseballers. wonder why??

^yeah, I saw the show last night (even though I don’t like her that much - but I decided to watch to see what she’s about - give her a chance) - I actually liked her - she doesn’t take herself as seriously as she comes across in photos and I now dig her “feirce/fab” vibe that she throws the paps in every photo (I love when she said that she lives in high heels that that, even though everyone is in flat ballerina shoes these days, she wouldn’t be caught dead in them - LoL).
^^ she still needs to gain ten pounds.

I think they may have edited it shorter because of her hosting the entire night worth of shows. They cut out short scenes from Scrubs & Earl too.
