Knowing that the first thing to impressing fans at a red carpet premiere is the perfect red carpet gown, the Oscar-winning actress hit up the Temperley boutique in Notting Hill for some retail therapy.
Meanwhile, with Thanksgiving barely over, Reese is already setting her sights on Christmas. But with the country in economic turmoil, she says she’s going to set limits on the presents for her kids, 9-year-old Ava and 5-year-old Deacon.
Miss Witherspoon tells the BBC: “I’m a little strict about that kind of stuff. I think kids do best when they only have a couple of things that they really enjoy. I try and stay away from the gluttony of things. They don’t appreciate it as much. When they only get one or two things they really like it.”
As for whether her family has any Christmas traditions? Dressing up the Oscar statue. She adds: “At Christmas time they put a little hat on him and a little scarf so he doesn’t get cold.”

When a film comes out, the stars usually share the promotional duties. In the case of this film, however, Star 1 has been making the rounds of talk shows, while Star 2 has been conspicuously absent. While Star 2 is claiming that his absence is due to other work obligations, the truth is that the friction between the two was so bad on the set that Star 2 has completely washed his hands of anything to do with the film. Star 1 remains publicly upbeat and supportive of Star 2, but has privately told friends that Star 2 is “the biggest asshole on the planet,†and that the two will never, ever work together again.

Vaughn carried nothing but his fat ass ass away from a contractual obligation for publicity. He carried FRED CLAUS too ?????……whatever…… He is proof that people with no looks, no ability, no humor, no acting skills can fake it. On the PR run he simply didnt want Letterman asking him who he was dating. He faked a relationship with Aniston and now the truth is clear to those who know, that he prefers men but is in the closet……. that is why he is emotionally stifled.
