A lot of actors so it makes it being good that much more difficult imo. But I do like the cast and I would watch it!!

Post 1, you need to distinguish between Americans and Hollyweird celebs that portray americans as such.
Sure to flop Americans are tired of stupidity and self righteous air heads.

I’m sure it will be a big hit in the US, but other cultures are different. This is really specific to the US in many ways IMO. It will be interesting. I wish the production well and everyone on the talk backs says it will do really well and be really funny. Jen excels in this type of role and Drew is funny….. so the cast is there…. it is very USA centric, that is all…… I was just being harsh to see what people really felt out there.

Anyone in the world who understand English and been through relationships can relate to the movie. Maybe the guys are not into a chick flick still they might want to sit through the movie under the insistence of their girlfriends or wives. There’s enough eye candy for the gays too. So unless you live in a poverty stricken ,war torn non English speaking countries or watching movies are not part of your pass time. Perhaps you are just not into this movie. Poster number one, I say you come into the wrong site . You are better off making your comment heard in a political blog.

#7 bambinoitaliano: complete nonsense, go travel and get your head out of a TV set… Americans think a cultural experience is a themed restaurant. Your country lives in a bubble separate from the rest of the planet. Only when you leave that can you see it……so very clearly….

#10 how about taking your head out of your ass.!! What makes you think that I’m American? You seem to be as ignorant as you claim about the Americans. I can give you 10 guesses you wont even come close to identify what my cultural background is never mind my nationality !! It’s people who stereotypes base on nationality, culture, ethnicity, gender and social status are the ignorant fools. Instead of sitting on your ass being an armchair critic, why don’t you travel around the world and actually talk to people one on one. Before you do that work on your own insecurity and stop projecting your own inadequacy on others that you have no first hand knowledge about!!

bambinoitaliano’s got it right post 10# is throwing the same old rhetoric crap about american’s, it’s an old sterotype. Have a mind of your own and don’t repeat brainless bigoted crap. If you ever travelled there you would see how stupid you sounded.

    >10 how about taking your head out of your ass.!!
    .
meaningless comment, from another stereotypical anally fixated, hyper aggressive, over fed, sexually frustrated member of a war seeking culture. See a psychologist and do the world and your family a favor.
    .
    >I can give you 10 guesses
    .
I don’t care, you are another name on an internet filled with hundreds of millions of names : get a sense of perspective on your life. Fool.
    .
    >Before you do that work on your own insecurity and stop projecting your own inadequacy on others that >you have no first hand knowledge about!!
    .
the difference is, I dont defend a culture of armed fat people who use the word “ass” and “fck” a lot, then condemn homeosexuality. The culture is deluded in the false notion that they are “number one”. Your industry is fueled by Arab oil, Chinese loans and a former President who the world saw as not credible. An arrogant simpleton who could barely enunciate. President Bush killed more Americans by his war than the attackers of 911. Your society voted for him twice, it has the largest murder rates and obesity rates of any civilized nation and all you can use is expletives to defend your position. You aren’t winning even though your cheerleader lie to you. You are deluded.
    .
Point is : films are geared to audience demographics. European, Australian and British youth culture is very different than American youth culture. Go travel. Find the truth for yourself and quit projecting your selfish, deluded, puritanical, dysfunctional animosity on people you know NOTHING about…..like Afghans, Iranians, Guatemalans, Vietnamese…etc…..

#17 Obviously you are delusional, either you are off prescription or overdose. Next time you should read before you make offhand comment like that. This blog is mostly about Hollywood celebrities. If you have such hatred towards this site, why even bother coming in? Like your lunatic ranting about Americans obsession with celebrities gonna educate those who in your opinion are obsessed? Why don’t you start your own blog ? I like to see how many visitors from this site would go visit. Chances are you will not get anyone. Why? Without famous people or interesting story about their lives, no one gonna give a shit about what you have to say. You have successfully alienated everyone here by just posting a couple of abrasive comments. Great people skill for sure. Even given your you view as the ideal of this world, you just suck at conveying the message. Instead your own self hatred, low self esteem seems evident. Why don’t you use your time to help out those in dire need like those countries you mention? Instead of sitting on your ass arguing with someone on this irrelevant site to your ideology? As if you are not another anonymous hiding behind your computer vending your own inadequacy of doing nothing. Sure it will let off some steam but what have you really accomplish? I bet you are waiting for my reply just so you can post another comment and let off more of your psychotic rage about injustice in this world. I’ve worked with patient like you in a mental institution before, at least they are committed to an institution to seek help. You my friend are just downward spiraling to the abyss. Drowning in your self pity world that no one seems to get you. Understanding people and a nation require deeper research, there are over 300 millions Americans, some times a nation’s political image does not necessary represents what a lot of these individual think or represent. There is more complexity in the structure of politic, social and economy in this nation then your one word summation. You look at angles that fit what you want US to be so you decide to pick all the negative attributes and make up an image for it. I would not make assumption on countries like Afghanistan, Iran, Guatemala or Vietnam either. Unlike you , I see both the good and the bad, just like an individual. But I digress, these kind of debate is for another forum on another day.
