Lindsay Lohan seemed in good spirits as she left a Beverly Hills area medical building today.
Looking butch chic in leather boots and matching jacket, the 22-year-old starlet flashed our photogs a quick smile before being on her merry little way.
Meanwhile, the recovering addict might be in the “replapse” stages of her recovery as newly released security footage at a Washington D.C. club (where her girlfriend Samantha Ronson was DJing) clearly shows Lohan pouring herself a vodka Redbull, making out while texting and other shenanigans.

I think as long as she stays away from the nose candy she can be okay!! It is really hard to go to night clubs every night and stay sober!
i really don’t know why this is such a big deal. Well i do, it’s only becuase she famous. For the love of God shes 22 years old, this is what 22 year olds do! i agree with the above comment, as long as shes not packing her nose i think it’s all good.
If you watch the video she isn’t “drinking” it is spliced together from different time clips, the clips of her “drinking” are from the night before and an hour before even mixing the vodka drink. We all know she is self destructive and should not even be in a club, but don’t put together some clips from different days and times to make the girl look guilty! You should make it clear in your post that the tape is a fake.
Well that was scandalous!! She is seen pouring a drink and making out with her girlfriend. Shock, horror!!!This is tame compared to the Lilo of the last few years. Its time to let the girl be and let her grow up in peace. Am sure she will slip but no need to make a big deal out of things that aren’t.
I saw that video and is so edited to make her look that she was drinking but the times marks in the video jumping forward and backwards just make it fake and so manipulated.
And btw Lindsay and Samantha should totally sue the club for releasing this video.
Totally agree with the above posters. Sloppy editting job. This isn’t footage of her drinking. And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to take a 5 minute look at the date and times BEFORE posting it on a website. That’s how rumors spread like wildfire. Fact checking isn’t that hard. Especially when it’s that obvious.
I’m not going to even bother watching the video. Whether she’s actually drinking here or not, I find it VERY hard to beleive that she hasn’t had alcohol since she got out of rehab. Not true. That big bottle of water she is carrying here is kind of laughable as well. I think she looks good here, love the boots, but I feel like she just wears the same thing all the time now. I don’t know when the last time was when she wore some color.
I told y’all this bitch was on the sauce. I don’t see how some people can be so naive as to think she can drink but not do coke. She’s a drug addict AND alcoholic. And her dumb ass just doesn’t get it.
