While Nicole sparkled in a gold and black Dries Van Noten number, her Sexiest Man Alive co-star was typically debonaire in a dark chocolate coloured suit.
The Baz Luhrmann-directed epic is the Aussie filmmakers’s first film since he dazzled audiences with Moulin Rouge seven years ago. With a price tag of $130 million, critics are wonder whether the film can live up to its hype.
Early reviews have been mixed but generally warm for the movie. While some critics say it might be an Oscar contender, other say it will sink at the box office à la 1995’s Waterworld.
Only time will tell when Australia opens nationwide on Wednesday.

They both look great here!! Hopefully the movie is good because Nicole has had a string of crappy movies lately!!
Hugh looks as dashing as ever. Not only is he handsome, but he’s a great actor and seems like a really great husband and dad. Even in a sparkly mini-dress, Nicole manages to look insanely boring. I guess I just don’t get her appeal at all.
The movie is getting lukewarm reviews with most of the praise going for the cinematography and Jackman. Nicole’s reviews basically talk about how wooden she is which may have something to do with all of the work she’s done on her face. I think it is going to bomb.
Nicole looks preggo again
dashing is the perfect word for hugh! poor nicole always looks so frail…
Nicole was on Letterman last night. She seriously looks like an overbotoxed elf. Seriously, even Dave said that he couldn’t stop looking at her face. He made it seem like because she was so “beautiful” but it was clear it was because she is such a hot-joan-rivers-like mess. I love Hugh and I hope the movie does well for him but I think she was miscast for the part. Aren’t you supposed to have working facial muscles in order to act?
Hugh looks gay as usual, hard to see him in macho rolls after seeing him swing the maracas.
Nicole what can I say a Bland Beauty and a big yawn as an actress.
