NICOLE AND JOEL LIGHT UP THE CITY

Joel Madden and Nicole Richie were feeling quite festive as they attended the 2008 UNICEF Snowflake Lighting in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

The new parents flipped the switch on shopping mecca Rodeo Drive illuminating the 20 Baccarat chandeliers that light up the night and mark the start of the holiday season.

While Joel was recently was named a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, Nicole helped her baby daddy form the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation, a charity which provides funding to groups focused on improving pediatric health, education and human rights, both domestically and abroad.

    WOW after seeing what the light look like .. 4 chandeliers in a glass box light up the street.. What does that
    have to do with the holiday spirit..?? UNIFEF is for halloween… last year it was Melissa Milano who went
    all out for unicef…

    He is totally FUG, always has been and always will be. I do not see how anyone could find those Madden brothers attractive. GAG. Nicole does look good but it’s funny to remember how gross she used to be. (Hello The Simple Life)

    She looks so beautiful! Her dresses that she chooses for red carpet events are always just gorgeous…this color is amazing on her. Her style is so classy but still really fashionable, I love it.

    Joel is the best. Finially a celebrity who walks the walk.

    Unicef has a real gem with this guy.

    The children of the world deserve a champion like Joel Madden.
