Rosie O’Donnell is taking Barbara Walters recent unkind words sitting down!
As you may recall, Babs criticized Rosie for her for her constant need to bash The View ever since her untimely departure. “There are some people who have done this show and then for years feel like they have to dump on it, maybe for their own publicity,” she said. “And that not only hurts me, but I resent it…”
Well, now Rosie has reacted — with much sarcasm — both on her blog and on Conan O’Brien’s show last night.
Next week, Ro is scheduled to chat with former Viewster Meredith Vieira on Today. This morning, when Matt Lauer asked Meredith about the latest feud, she said, “I had nine years there. They were terrific.”

Obama proves to be stock market poison:
Hours before the polls closed on November 4th, the S & P 500 stock index closed for the day at 1005.75 . Yesterday, after 12 trading sessions since the election results were known, the S & P closed at 752.54. That is a drop of 253 points, and 25.2%.
There has never been such a reaction to an election result in American history . The loss is 2.5 trillion dollars in market value, just for for the S & P 500 companies. The broader Wilshire 5000 stock index is down by a similar percentage these last two weeks with a total total loss on that index of well over 3 trillion dollars since election day. While many Americans and the national media seem to be experiencing a kind of rapture about their new President elect, investors seem far more nervous.

Under Obama Smoking Become ‘Cool’ Again
Smokers could soon have a reason to rejoice: President-elect Obama is a smoker.
His addiction could go a long way toward making smoking a fashionable pastime once again. Hey, reliable liberal and Time magazine columnist Michael Kinsley is just fine with The One’s habit. Not only does Obama’s need for nicotine show “he’s not a superman,” but quitting could affect one of his greatest assets: his “steely nerve.”
For years I’ve been calling Obama’s particular brand of confidence chutzpah. My bad. Besides, I thought Obama was the Messiah, not a superman. I guess even modern saviors must be allowed to have their vices. Jesus enjoyed wine; Obama enjoys tobacco. Same diff, right?
Maybe the new agent of Hope and Change could come up with a similar system. Products that he and the First Family use exclusively could receive The One’s seal - possibly the stylized “O” used during the campaign. Imagine the cigarette brand lucky enough to receive an “O” on its packaging, right next to the Surgeon General’s warning that “Cigarette Smoke Contains Carbon Monoxide.” Since it’s common knowledge these days that Obama can do no wrong, Obama supporters may well rush to the local smoke shop to stock up on Camels, Marlboros, Kool, Benson & Hedges, or whatever brand Obama prefers.
For those who can’t wait to find out, since the press was so efficient at ferreting out all of Sarah Palin’s dirty laundry and airing it during the campaign, finding out which brand Obama smokes should be a cinch.
And all those parents who were proud to have their children sing odes to Obama that were posted on YouTube will just have to suck it up when they discover that their children have taken up the habit of smoking. “Obama does it!” will be their snarky retort. And who can argue with that?
Post 2 is right ……. Both parties are corrupt . The democratic congress for the past two years has triggered the financial meltdown, which the media conveniently ignores. Ask Barney Frank and Chris Dodd.
Now Obama will finish running this country into the ground for he is Chavez Light.

Please no more unsolicited politcal commentary. We get it, you hate Obama but he’s here to stay for at least 4 years. After dealing with Bush for 8 years, I’m damn sure that things will get much better. The election is over and the GOP lost, big time.
