Almost faster than it started, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been granted a preliminary decree of divorce in a London court today after 8 years of marriage.
Reporters gathered outside the Family Division of High Court, but neither star appeared at the brief session in which a judge granted decrees to 17 couples, including “Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S.”
The decree said the divorce was granted on the basis of Guy’s “unreasonable behaviour,” but did not elaborate.
The divorce can become final after six weeks and a day.

Man, Guy must have the soul of a saint to let that pass into the public record. I think all he wants is his kids, and to be out of that marriage as fast a possible.
