Madonna stripped David Banda from his father. And then she stripped him again from a father when she decided to dump Guy for some baseball player. Poor David is the biggest loser in this situation. He has no foundation.

I can’t say that I agree with Vadge’s motives in adopting David. But I do know that divorce or not, he’s got a far, far better chance at a good life with a rich adoptive mother than he did in that orphanage with an uncaring father nearby.

That said, David Banda’s father dumped him into an orphanage *before* Vadge was even on the scene, moron. He obviously had no plans to retrieve him, either, seeing as he had married again and started inflicting even more unwanted children on the world. So where exactly is the trickery? And why should Madonna give any money to a man who dumps one unwanted kid into an orphanage and then proceeds to pump out even more? I’d hardly say he was a good bet.
And not that I can possibly get someone as intellectually challenged as you to understand, but I’m not contradicting myself at all. I stated quite clearly that I believe Madge’s motives for the adoption are highly suspect. I think she was far more interested in acquiring her own little African accessory than she was genuinely interested in David’s as a person. THAT SAID, I do think that David is much better off with a wealthy woman than languishing in a orphanage in a third-world country. She lifted him out of his poverty and will use her money/resources to see that he becomes educated and can make a good life for himself. Her intentions were probably not pure, but the end result–David’s access to the finest education/medical care/life experiences–pretty much justifies the means.
