The still-in-mourning gave the all clear for her photo to be used following her recent family tragedy.
Says Gap spokeswoman Olive Doyne: “She said she wanted to be a part of it and that we should move forward.”
Meanwhile, Miss Hudson expressed her heartfelt gratitude yesterday for the public support she’s received since last month’s tragic loss of her mother, brother and nephew.
Writes the singer/actress in a new MySpce blog post: “I want to thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Thank You All. My sister and I take great comfort and strength from your love and concern.”

Laurie..i think the police are still investagating. I mean really, do you need minute buy minute update on her family.
Yeah Laurie…..Don’t be so hard on the law enforcement/ect…..Shit, they can ONLY do so much.A lot of the times if people would come forward with information they are “hiding”, things might get done at a faster pace.
