I’ve never known Mel to be a hippocrite. In every interview I have seen he has called himself far from perfect. People who do bad things can still aspire to good..and then do bad again. Mel didn’t make THAT movie because he thought he was a good person. More likely he made it to make up for the bad he had done. The spirit is willing and the flesh is weak.
Religious fanatics are not the biggest hypocrites- die hard liberals are-THEIR theory is -everyone has freedom of speech as long as it agrees with the liberal view.
