In a controversial new proposal, Barack Obama’s advisers are crafting a way to ship imprisoned terrorism suspects into the United States and create a new “alternative” court system.
And you will find out WHY when its to freaking late.
We must not inconvenience the legal industry who plan on making tens of millions of public dollars twisting and massaging these cases through the CIVILIAN court system for years to come.
Of course, they will argue that they (terrorists) deserve the liberties guaranteed by the bill of rights (they’ll probably maintain that terrorists had more right to own and bear weapons then US citizens) i.e. illegal combatants who hold no rights under the Geneva convention and would have been executed outright in any prior period of world history, by EVERY other country.
Even if they were only spies, they had no protection, although proof was usually required - but these were active belligerents usually using civilians as shields.
Now think about the expense of trying to put one of these cases together and the ridiculous necessity of putting soldiers in the position of civilian policemen.
If you had any doubt that B. Hussein is going to rule as a leftist fascist with clear sentiments for the Islamic world, this is just the beginning of your awakening.

Lovely photo. I am not a Bush fan but I have always liked and will continue to do so Laura Bush. She’s done alot more than given credit for where kids are concerned. I think it’s dumb to not give credit when due regardless of differing politics, religion etc.

For now, we have a new president-elect. In the spirit of reaching across the aisle, we owe it to the Democrats to show their president the exact same kind of respect and loyalty that they have shown our recent Republican president.

A website detailing Obama’s agenda, which got a great deal of critical agenda online since Thursday when it was publicly viewable, has quickly been scrubbed reports The Washington Times:
Over the weekend President-elect Barack Obama scrubbed Change.gov, his transition Web site, deleting most of what had been a massive agenda copied directly from his campaign Web site.
Gone are the promises on how an Obama administration would handle 25 different agenda items - everything from Iraq and immigration to taxes and urban policy - all items laid out on his campaign Web site, http://www.BarackObama.com.
Instead, the official agenda on Change.gov has been boiled down to one vague paragraph proclaiming a plan “to revive the economy, to fix our health care, education, and social security systems, to define a clear path to energy independence, to end the war in Iraq responsibly and finish our mission in Afghanistan, and to work with our allies to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, among many other domestic and foreign policy objectives.â€
It’s apparently a lot safer to keep us guessing than provoke a torrent of laughter and shock at the nutsiness like compulsory community service once on that site did.
And so it begins! This is just a taste of things to come. As joe biten said, “gird your loins.” Hes been “RULER in waiting” for a week now and its going to hell in a hand basket already. Great photo…except the coloring seems kind of off or something. I think that Bush will actually be happy to finish his time, he’s definately not been one of our more loved presidents. It is just so happy to see Obama where he deserved to be. I have no doubt that he will be a wonderful President that the whole country can be proud of. Unlike liberals, conservatives aren’t just patriotic when their own party is in power. For that reason, most conservatives will not actively attempt to undermine the president and the country in the despicable way liberals have for the last 8 years. That said, we won’t hesitate to criticize Obama should he overreach or follow through on his redistributionist plans, through being civilized adults, we’ll do it much more respectfully than shrill, hateful liberals have in the recent past.
