Later in the broadcast, Katy will wear Jean Charles de Castelbajac’s “I Have A Dream” dress which features Barack Obama’s face in sequins.

Says the French fashion designer and artist: “I made this dress because for me Barack Obama is the most charismatic leader in politics today. He is incarnate of hope, change and youth. The ovation the dress received amazed me, as did the number of insulting letters I have received from the United States. But I’m pleased to see that fashion has become such a powerful medium.”

I don’t find this girl attractive at all, her songs are annoying and I think she’s just a big attention whore BUT I give her props for her individual style. She’s not afraid to try something different and take a few risks and I think this dress is really cool. It suits her.
