Hilary Duff is dating club promoter Frankie Delgado – not Brody Jenner. (Phew!)
The loved up twosome were spotted leaving LA hotspot Hyde nightclub last night hand-in-hand.
I guess that explains Hilary’s much spoken about though never identified “guy who isn’t in the industry” once and for all.
Here is the happy couple on the 4th of July in Malibu. The two had been spotted getting close around Los Angeles over the past two week, hanging out at nightspot Joseph’s and dining out at West Hollywood eatery Il Sole.

He’s a 26-year old Mexican who lives in LA. His job is planning events and getting clubs hyped when they are opening. He’s really good friends with Brody and others who were on the Hills( Lauren, and the freaky loooking brunette).. He’s super cute, I think he is a NIIIIIICE catch for Hil, and definitely an upgrade!
Thank god she’s not dating brody. That’d be so weird to date her ex’s gf’s ex.
