The stunning 33-year-old actress tells December’s Vanity Fair (out November 11): “I often look at women who wear great jeans and high heels and nice little T-shirts wandering around the city and I think, I should make more of an effort. … But then I think, they can’t be happy in those heels.”
We think Kate looks just great in her photo shoot (heels and all!) as she channels Catherine Deneuve in Belle de Jour.

Vanity Fair sometimes has nice covers but its content is boring, it doesn’t appeal to me at all. I bought the one w/ Marilyn Monroe, October because she was on the cover, but I was disappointed with the content. I prefer Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, more my type.
Woahhh!! These are some of the sexiest pictures I have seen in a long time. She looks incredible….very beautiful. I’ve always thought Kate was so elegant and gorgeous, and she brings both those elements to these shots, even if she is nude.
