Wino appeared aware and cognizant after just a week of treatment. It was less than a week ago that she was spotted giggling vacantly in a taxi as she was whisked off on her way to the London Clinic.
Amy’s spokesperson Chris Goodman says that his superstar client had “gone for some checkups” and claims that she merely had a chest infection.
In June, the 25-year-old singer was hospitalized with a severe lung ailment that her father attributed to smoking cigarettes and crack cocaine. Some reports even suggested she was suffering from the early stages of the incurable disease emphysema.
Miss Winehouse is expected back home today.

She looks far better. Gained some weight, showered recently and does not seem totally out of it. Now if she could lift her trousers up, she would be good.

She does look a lot better, she still looks like nobody else on earth, but better. I don’t think there is any way that she has been off the drugs while she has been in there though, she would look like hell right now because she would probably still be going through withdrawl. I don’t feel like rehab is being done right with her at all.
