Dressed as as Humpty Dumpty, Matt Lauer asked if he looked fat. A virtually unrecognizable Meredith Vieira (dressed as Pinocchio) admitted that at one point she was getting “a little high†from the glue sticking her nose on her face.
Meanwhile, Ann Curry played Cinderella, or as she described: “the ethnic J-Lo Cinderella.” As for Al Roker? He wore a Gingerbread Man’s costume. How fitting.
Kathie Lee Gifford looked frightening dressed as the Big Bad Wolf while a Hoda Kotb looked innocent and vulnerable dressed as Little Red Riding Hood.
The highlight of the show came when Natalie Morales made a surprise appearance to show off her new baby…not to mention her amazing post-pregnancy figure!

Kick costumes for sure.
Nice strategically placed blue candy button ya got there, Mr. Roker. If you connect the dots, it looks like he’s got a……….. Anyway…enough of my gutter mind. Those costumes are actually pretty awesome. I really like the Pinocchio… its very disturbing.
Ha!I love these costumes…..all of them!
I Love all Al and Matt. They are hilarious.
Still don’t understand why they thanked Saturday Night Live …It is nice to see Matt Lauer without a dress on.!
I love these costumes!! Cinderella is a bit of a cop out, not nearly as inventive as the others, but it still fits with the theme I guess. Meredith looks AWESOME…completely unrecognisable! Al and Matt look great as well. The costumes I’m seeing most stars wear this year are really good, despite some of same old coming out again…ahem Heidi Montag and Mariah!
Everyone looks awesome! Although, I would’ve loved to see Ann Curry in something not quite so pretty.
