The View has received wild rating for their political battles so it’s no suprise that the ladies of the show dress up as former U.S. presidents for their Hallowe’en special.
Check out a sneak peek at Friday’s show as Whoopi Goldberg dresses as Franklin D. Roosevelt, Joy Behar as Theodore Roosevelt, Sherri Shepard dresses as Abraham Lincoln (on a penny, no less!), Elisabeth Hasselbeck as Ronald Reagan and Barbara Walters as George Washington.
What? No Dubya?

gee how surprising that elisabeth is the only semi respectable republican there was.
I think this is hilarious!! They talk about politics enough, so it seems only right to dress as Presidents. They are having fun with it, but I know there will be people reading wayyy too much into it all for sure.

yes #5, clearly liberals are stupid and Bush was so fucking smart that he cheated through Yale and it took Palin 5 years and 5 colleges to get her cosmetology license. Yup, them Repugnicans are the smartest ones. They nominated a 95-year geezer and a 15-year old whore and thought Americans would be stupid enough to elect them when Bush destroyed the economy and pushed us into a senseless war which killed over 3,500 Americans and cost $10 billion a month. i just want to comment because 1) it was a great theme for the Halloween show this year… and had i seen/thought/heard about it earlier, i totally would have stolen the idea for my party… and 2) bk’s comment made me laugh.
