The actress must be gearing up for the Halloween weekend as she had both her finger and toe nails painted a spooky black!
When she realized she was being photographed, Miss Electra gave photogs a big smile and offered them a nice clear look of her newly acquired engagemtent ring!
She left hand-in-hand with her fiancé, Rob Patterson, and the two seemed to really adore one another!!
