The Grey’s Anatomy beauty must have been in a rush as she braved the day without make-up and looked a little worn down and tired running errands!

The often glamorous Katherine will only look more pedestrian like you and I when she and hubby Josh Kelley adopt a baby.

She recently told Access Hollywood: “[Adoption is] sort of something we’re looking into doing in the future. It’s definitely something I’m very passionate about, have always felt passionately about.”

But before you brand her a bandwagon jumper, Katherine adds: “My sister is Korean. My mother adopted her, so she’s a huge important part of my life, and it’s just always been on my mind.”
