Check out Hilary Duff’s new music video for her latest pop hit, Reach Out.
The video was was directed by Philip Andelman, filmed last month in Los Angeles and features a cameo by rapper The Prophet.
Reach Out is being released to coincide with H.Duff’s compilation album, Best of Hilary Duff. It samples Depeche Mode’s Personal Jesus.
