BRITNEY IS IN BIG TROUBLE

brit-troub.JPG

Britney Spears spent much of last week locked up in a luxury hotel room at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. Now X17 reports on just why — and it has very little to do with spending some quality time with her rumoured new beau.

According to the report, the embattled songstress has been keeping a low profile at the hotel while Child Protective Services investigated her homes in Bel Air and in Malibu.

Our sources tells us that the government agency has warned Britney that the pools at both homes are unsafe for young children because they do not have the required child safey barrier around them. (We’re uncertain whether either home is equipped with door alarms that satisfy the state pool safety requirement.)

If you believe the gossip, Brit’s extranged ex Kevin Federline and even more estranged mother Lynne were behind this.

You see, in an desperate attempt to win custody of Sean-P and Jayden-P at any cost, K-Fed has teamed up with Britney’s mother in what has become an all out war!

Sorta makes you think — What’s the source of all this family feuding? The welfare of those kids or the money that inevitably comes along with them?

Update: Latest aerial shots of her homes show Britney Spears does have a solid fencing around the pools.

Also a source has revealed that it’s not, in fact, Kevin, Britney’s ex husband, who has been calling Child Protective Services, it’s a former employee of Brit’s and a neighbour.

Hmm…

If this is true, I wonder if she’d think about filing a harassment suit. Honestly, do they check EVERYONE’s home with a pool or are they singling her out for some reason? Also, K-Fed could have this backfire. If they file a report and there is nothing wrong or if they file a report and she corrects every problem, what’s he going to use then?

there’s seriously a rule that if you have a pool you have to have a fence in CA? omg. that is disturbing. the state has over stepped its bounds.

I’m sure there is a rule about fences around pools, in IL, if you have a pool that is a permanent fixture or above so many feet, there must be a fence with a gate around it. And the way it’s been looking for awhile now, they need to get those kids away from her.

I don’t know about any LAW about fences around pools, but it’s stupid not to have them. If anyone is at risk for a baby drowning, it would be our Brit Van Winkle.

Save those boys, take them AWAY from her!

In Canada there is a law about having a fence around pools even those raised backyard plastic ones. I know because my friend had to take hers down because she was not willing to build a fence. A neighbour tattled on her. Anyway….I think Brit is being harassed. Put up some fences and move on. Leave her alone…unless Kevin knows something we do not???Hmmmmmmmmmmm

omg, i can’t believe how far the states over step their bounds!!! a pool is in YOUR home, YOUR property, YOU should decide what you want to do about it! that’s ridiculous.

Lolly-usually I tend to agree, but there have been way too many accidents with young children. A pool is a hazard. Whether it is on your property or not, a hazard needs to be taken care of and properly monitored–a fence can satisfy this need.

Lolly, I live in CA and it depends on the county you live in. Some counties here require a fence or other monitoring device, some don’t. Unfenced pools are dangerous for pets as well as kids,my cousins dog drowned in their unfenced pool a few months back.

i wish they would leave her alone. i would go nuts with way she is hounded. kevin federline is a money sucking weasel. he will do anything to get as much money out of britney as possible. and kevin is a pot smoking and drinking. may that piece of crap should be drug tested and investigated, going out partying, but no one knows too much about him since britney booted him out.the paps don’t want him for stories. just do a search for him and you will find plenty of photos where his eyes are red and droopy like a lizard from smoking weed and drinking. it is ridiculous everyone can know when and where britney even goes to the bathroom. like no one has ever used a public rest room.

lolly, I live in Orange County (south of Los Angeles) and if your children are under 5, you must have a fence and a monitor. Brit’s house is in Malibu, I think, which is in Los Angeles county. I would guess that the laws are pretty similar.

well i still say that’s f’d. it’s dangerous to walk down the street you could get hit by a bus, should we put fences around sidewalks? it’s just ridiculous to me that everyone expects the government to “protect” them
