Seems that I remember another leader recently who campaigned on ‘redistribution of wealth’. He vowed to take money from the wealthy and hand it out to the poor, underprivileged who really ‘deserved it’. He was able to curry an enormouse amount of popular support and essentially bought the election. Once elected, he followed thru on his promises, thereby trashing any hope of business investment. Their economy is now crumbling due to the lack of investment, and is only propped up by revenues from petro-dollar exports.
Anybody else see similarities between Obamas policies and those of Hugo Chavez?

For me ‘wardrobegate’ is yet another instance where Palin has handled herself poorly. If she had been on the ball she would have known that her image as a soccer mom clashed with the fact that she was wearing such expensive clothing all the time. Other politicians think of things like this, especially this close to election, they look at every single little aspect of their campaign…clothes included. She’s nowhere near ready to be in this election and it’s just the biggest joke that she is. Anyone that thinks she is there for any other reason than her gender is kidding themselves.
