Broadway actress Katie Holmes and daughter Suri spent the afternoon together in Central Park today.
The mother-daughter duo visited a playground and stopped by a children’s Halloween picnic.
This is also the first public sighting Suri’s new haircut.

I know others have posted this. Why is this child not wearing a coat and no tights? Katie looks like she’s wearing wool. Everyone else around has jackets on. Katie isn’t even carrying a coat for her it looks like. Just that blanket.

No, you’re right #4. It’s been cold for this time of year on the east coast the past couple of days. No way that baby should be out there without a coat or something on her legs. It makes no damn sense.
#6 - Katie is such a hollow shell of a woman there is no way on earth that she would know what’s best for Suri! I live in NY and it was FREEZING today. I also have 3 kids and would never allow them out of the house in a summer dress with no tights. Suri depends on Katie to take care of her. This is out and out neglect to what? Show off the latest dress that she will wear once? Disgusting!

I live in NY, and the high today was mid-fifties, which was around 2 pm. This is beyond ridiculous for them to continuously have this baby out without weather appropriate clothing. I can understand if the dress had sleeves, and she was wearing tights, but this is akin to child abuse. Is it so important to show off this child and all her designer clothes, that she has to suffer for it? They make me sick.
#6, I am sorry, but it is obvious Katie/Kate does not know what’s best for her daughter. Hell, she doesn’t even KNOW what’s best for her. She is wearing warm clothing, so why in heaven’s name doesn’t she dress her daughter the same way. This girl is so drunk on the fact that she gave crazy Tom his first bio spawn, that she has lost whatever common sense she was born with. This is all for show, unfortunately, her child is paying the price.

Ewww her hair looks horrible. it was cute longer.. but its not like it was her choice, she’s just a kid. I feel so bad for this child.. she shouldn’t be in the spotlight like that…
