The heiress-turned-budding fashion designer seems to have no problem spending while the rest of the U.S. economy is crashing!
One would think she might stop to eat a little something during her excursions — Nicky’s legs looked unusually chicken like in a pair of shorts and flat shoes!

I wish she would get more spotlight than Paris. This girl is actually normal and has a job.

I think people who can afford to continue spending in the current economy, shouldn’t stop. It will only help the situation if the rich keep spending as long as it isn’t at the tax payers expense.
