It seems Brit’s new beau, AA couselor John Sundahl, may be called as a witness in Britney’s divorce proceedings with Kevin Federline. It seems that K-Fed has subpoenaed the wealthy real estate investor to testify against Brit-Brit in the custody battle over their kids.
