Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and little Suri were seen returning to their Downtown, NYC apartment today following a brunch date at Balthazar restaurant with Katie’s parents and Tom’s mother, Mary Lee.
The gang were out celebrating Katie’s first official week as a Broadway actress following her debut in Authur Miller’s All My Sons.
In this chilly autumn day, Katie rocked a mega colourful scarf and a curious looking alien heart patch on the lapel of her jacket.
Meanwhile, though it’s usually her superstar parents who are in the spotlight, it’s 2-year-old Suri who who’s making headlines this time. The adorable celebuspawn reportedly has her own dressing room at the New York theatre where Katie is making her Broadway debut.
Says Katie: “It’s a great schedule, because (Suri and I) get to spend the whole day together and then I go and do the play. Then I come home and we play some more! We have a dressing room that is transformed into a playroom. It has a little piano.”

I SO agree with you, post number 2. She never wears a coat when everybody wears one around her. And the poor little girl seems quite upset with the paparazzi, yet Tom is smiling and waving as if nothing is wrong. He could at least tell the paps they’re upsetting his daughter, but no ! I think he’s using her because she’s the reason he’s making headlines nowadays. Too bad because he used to be a great actor.
