DJ AM GETS BACK BEHIND THE DECKS

DJ AM was welcomed with open arms last night at a Hollywood party celebrating the artist otherwise known as Adam Goldstein.

Friends of the rapidly recovering DJ performed a special benefit concert, dubbed simply “Welcome Home, DJ AM,” at Avalon Hollywood, with proceeds from the open-to-the-public event benefiting the families of the four people who perished in the Sept. 19 Learjet crash.

Pals who stepped out to support the 35-year-old survivor included Danny Masterson, Mark Ronson, DJ Aoki, Hilary Duff, Wilmer Valderrama, will.i.am, Macy Gray, Tila Tequila and Cisco Adler.

Fellow accident survivor Travis Barker remains hospitalized.

Meanwhile, last night was more or less of a practice run for tonight as he’s set to take the stage with rapper Jay Z as he hits up the Hollywood Palladium for a soldout show.

I hate airplanes - to me it is not natural to be in a 4567804589 ton piece of metal in the sky.
