The dress is just super tight and she is coming out from dinner. It definitely isnt beneath her to fake a pregnancy, she kinda already did it to Spencer on the hills like last year. Anyway, if they really are, I feel sorry for the kid. Heidi and Spencer should never be allowed to reproduce.
