They’ve gone through many ups and downs (including a few failed wedding plans), but Marc Jacobs and his Brazilian ad exec boyfriend Lorenzo Martone looked more in love than ever as they strolled hand-in-hand in the West Village of New York City today.
While his beau rocked a pair of plaid pants and a shirt boasting a plunging neckline, the NYC-based designer showed off his furry gams in a kilt, boots and white sports socks.

I think Marc tries too hard to be edgy and couldn’t care less about his sexuality. So, Marcs Mum, it would be sad that a mother wouldn’t love her son enough to accept that he’s gay.
Marc dresses like a complete ass hole. A lot of these hot designers dress like ass holes—wonder why that is??? They don’t look “edgy” they just look awful most of the time…..

I think Marc’s outfit is so out there, it actually looks good. He’s gay, wearing a skirt, and carrying a purse, and yet he still looks masculine. If you are intelligent enough to stop the gay-bashing for a moment and analyze his look, you can see that while all the elements seem bizarre, the way he put them together somehow looks just right. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing.

funny that people here think there is so many things “wrong” with Jacob’s…the man is the most influential designer in actuality, more than legerfeld, or ford…so yeah “weird” and all he is as successful as not many are. SO things are not quite as wrong.
I do think he has a self esteem issue after that pathetic relationship he had before. Lorenzo is a good person. Young but working and self respecting.
