Former costars Jessica Simpson and Dane Cook stepped out last night at L.A. hotspot Teddy’s in what was a clear and desperate bid for publicity.
Amid a totally fabricated story that ran last week suggesting Jes and Dane were “dancing and touching each other” at Prince’s V.I.P. concert at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA, it seems these two partners in box office toxicity are milking the headline for all its worth.
With Dane’s recent string of failures (anyone see ‘Mr. Brooks’?) and Jessica’s upcoming sure-to-be flop (otherwise known as ‘Blonde Ambition’), these two stuggling nobodies can certainly use the positive PR right about now.
