Eva Longoria and Tony Parker’s highly publicized and never-ending wedding continues.
The loved up twosome are set to wed at their lavish French gala this weekend, but first they officially tied the knot today in a required civil ceremony.
The Mayor of Paris personally officiated the ceremony, which was held in City Hall.
A handful of Eva and Tony’s friends and family were in attendance (including Teri Hatcher, Sheryl Crow and Jessica Alba), but this is really only the warm-up to the religious ceremony set to happen on Saturday, which will be held at Paris’s Eglise Saint-Germain l’Auxerrois and followed by an extravagant party at the Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte, a 17th-century castle famed for its gardens.

How hard does it suck that you have to have a civil ceremony first? Eva really annoys me but I must say she looks adorable here. She’ll be a beautiful bride.

I just saw a pic of Teri Hatcher with her daughter in the most inappropriate, off-the-shoulder top. She’s like 8. She looks cute here, though.

This are as hated/loved as any other celebrity couple….
In my opinion they are bringing all the vapid crowd to Paris…but paris is after all the epitome of vapidity…Legerfeld on top.

Do you think her “friends” are as annoyed by this wedding extravaganza as the rest of the world? This is her 2nd marriage and not going to be her last. She is making an ass of herself.

I don’t think she is making an ass out of her self…anyone with taht money will spen it the same way…
It is vapid, and totally selfish…but it is their money after all. Besides…why can’t a person celebrate anything that is important to that person? Call it marriage, remarriage, funeral, new shoes….wtvs.

Agree, if you could afford nice things, provided you are also generous & caring to people in need, and that you are not wasting the planet resources i.e. throwing food away, then what’s wrong with a luxurious wedding when Tony could afford it?! Let them enjoy. It’s their big day.
P.S. See how high her red heels are (6″?)…no wonder Tony was holding her hands so tightly lest she falls.
