Day three of Lindsay Lohan’s very sober 21st birthday party waged on today as the reformed party girl initiated her young sister Ali into the party scene.

Rocking an uber revealing minidress and leather flats, Lindsay (dirty) danced the afternoon away with fellow soberites at the uber hip Polaroid Beach party house, which is on the stretch of Malibu famous Billionaire’s Beach.

So, why all the fuss over her birthday when she’s in rehab? WireImage has snapped inside the Malibu house, where the rehabbing celeb celebrated with her family and friend, and Us Weekly will run the exclusive snaps in its next issue.

You gotta give La Lohan credit — even confined in rehab, she knows how to finagle her way into the tabloids.

    Wow. I can’t believe Dina lets Ali go out partying with Lindsay. I mean, knowing Dina, I CAN believe it, but you would think she would at least try this whole “parenting” thing people are talking about.

    is she imploding her career on propose? I just cant understand, Hollywood wants a sign that she has changed, so she leaves rehab, trough a party at home for 3 straights days, wearing nothing but a bikini, in a very public place so that ALL paparazzi can take millions of pictures. Is that the changed Lindsay?

    though I always showed my abs and legs- don’t have much boob to show off!

    she’s a mess, and I highly doubt she’s sober.

    meena, i know that is summer, she is young and there is nothing wrong in wear a bikini in a beach party. But c’mon, you know that this isnt a “typical beach party”.
    Lindsay just left Rehab for THE SECOND TIME, (remember she is just 21) her career in Hollywood is in real trouble, she has been replaced movie after movie in the last year and she HAS a drinking problem.Her image is shattered and very hurt, people are sick of her and Producers want to see some kind of change in her attitude.
    why not celebrate her birthday in a PRIVATE party, why not stay out of spotlight for at least ONE MONTH, i am not saying one year or six months, just ONE month. Seriously her agent must get crazy with this girl. She is addicted in paparazzi and attention.

    Lindsay is hilarious! The fifth pic, that guy looks like he’s struggling to keep her from falling in the sand! She’s a pretty girl, but she looks quite awkward. Her torso looks abnormally short, her navel is on her chest, and she has endless legs! She reminds me of the doll Betty Spaghetti!
