The waterfront estate is approximately 2,250 square feet, has two-bedroom and three bathrooms.
Rocking a demure a t-shirt/minidress combo matched with an unfortunate pair of white stilettos, the troubled heiress christened the big event with a shopping spree at high-end boutique Fred Segal with younger sister Nicky.
Still no sign as yet of the humanitarian work she claimed to be keen to do following her release from jail.

$2.9M? - This place on this street in malibu will cost around $12M - $15M … where the hell do you get $2.9M? - u dont get anything for $2.9M beachside in malibu - even if it’s a wet beach & this is a dry beach so $$$ - probably renting for $75,000 per month over summer

It’s a beach house! Generally most people with houses in malibu have their main house in west l.a & the beach house is only used during the weekends usually in summer. theres millions of amazing homes - malibu is 27 miles long so you can’t judge all those houses based on this one. this is a rental therefore the owners probably don’t spend as much on it as they would if they lived in it themselves
