PARENTING IS NO WALK IN THE BEACH

coco-walk.bmp

Out-of-work actress Courteney Cox hit the gorgeous shores of Malibu yesterday with her 3-year-old daughter Coco for a casual walk on the beach with some close family friends.

Well, not to get technical or anything but Courteney actually took the walk with her pals while Coco and her Hispanic nanny trailed behind hand-in-hand trying to catch up.

Someone has clearly been reading the ‘Heidi Klum Guide to Easy Parenting‘!

Now hurry up with that damn kid, would you?!?

haha this is too funny. I’m sure she loves her kid but come on, this looks tacky. I always thought that about Heidi Klum too. What does she have, like 3 nannies?? God knows I need a break and help with my kiddies too once in awhile but I’m just a commoner in the burbs. We don’t do nannies in these parts. lol.

This really is pathetic. I am sorry but what is the point of her even going? If you can’t stand to take care of them like a real Mom then don’t have them. Lazy bitches that is all it is.

    Dude! That is so unfair.

    Clearly, the nanny is Filipino.

Hollywood moms want their children only when convenient. Real moms have their child all the time, well not all the time, but when not at work…

Courtney has only ONE freakin’ child. Why can’t she walk with her on the beach. IT looks bad on her.

Yeah that looks lazy. But if i were rich I’d get a nanny too. I don’t have any kids. But i’d be nice to have someone to take me to the beach and stuff.

I’m not thinking this is just a walk on the beach with friends. I’ve seen many photos of her with her child and never seen a nanny before.

Keller–oh, please. You think that it would have been better had she left her child with the nanny at home? Did your parents ever leave you at home with the sitter (or better yet–bring you and the sitter along) when they wanted some time with their adult friends? You must be either very young or very stupid.

I will repeat - she has one child. I have one child myself who is 4. Why would I bring my son with me for a walk on the beach with my friends and not hold his hand OR , yes, in fact I would leave him at home with his grandmother or sitter if I wanted to be with my adult friends. That’s is the ‘usual’ way to do things….Courtney has ONE CHILD! ONE CHILD…one child. One child is not difficult to tend to on a beach, between two parents. Once again, most, not all, Hollywood moms, want to be with their children only when it’s convenient. I still stick to this.

BY the way, my mom never took me and the sitter (?) with her as she went out, WHy the heck would she take me and the sitter with her???? What circumstance would warrant this?? My mom had a husband who was, oh yes, my FATHER and we would go out together. Or my mom and dad would go out and I would stay with a sitter, with my 4 siblings… I see that Courtney’s husband is walking on the beach too. I guess a MOTHER and a FATHER together can’t manage one child, a child that they had to do in-vitro to create….tsk tsk…

I agree with everything Keller says. I have a 6 year old son (with ADHD!) and a 4 year old daughter and I have no help. If I want to go out then I have a sitter come over and watch them while I go out and then I go back home. If me and their Father can’t handle them by ourselves when we go out with them then we have no business leaving the house. It is lazy and pointless. I think people are just buying into the whole Hollywood thing so it seems normal.

how do you know that lady isn’t one of the close family friends? courteney is usually holding coco, and since she’s actually there on the beach with her, i’d hardly call that lazy.

I’ve seen lots of pictures of Courtney with her little girl and this is the first one I’ve seen where somebody else was taking care of the kid. The Hollywood Mom I wonder about is Sharon Stone. I never see her with her kids. Either that’s good because she shields them from the media or it’s bad because she treats them like a accessies that don’t match her outfits.
