SILVER BELLES: WHO OWNS IT?

The Hills supervillain HEIDI MONTAG rang in her 22nd birthday in style at the Christian Audigier Nightclub in Las Vegas donning a silver Hervé Léger paillette covered bandage dress. Meanwhile, British songbird LEONA LEWIS rocked the frock at In Touch Weekly’s Icons + Idols Celebration in West Hollywood.
