BUT HOW DOES SHE RUN IN STILETTOS?

So, how does Victoria Beckham keep her couture-friendly figure?

By not eating? Wrong!

The self-appointed style icon tells Extra, “I run four miles, seven days a week. I didn’t used to be, but got quite into it when the Olympics started.”

Posh also said that she and hubby David definitely plan to see BFF Katie Holmes’ new Broadway show. “We can’t wait to come support Katie,” she said. “Tom [Cruise] says she’s amazing, the reviews have been amazing. We’re so proud of her.”

Meanwhile, Becks is up for bids. At Madonna’s Malawi benefit, Salma Hayek outbid Anna Wintour to pay $350 000 for a private hour playing soccer with him.

Now you have the same chance. The soccer ace has donated a one hour one-on-one lesson to CharityBuzz.com. Fans can place bids until November 10. High bid right now is $35 000 so start saving your pennies!

That is the BIGGEST piece BS I have ever heard. So how did she stay so skinny before the Olympics which were only 5 weeks ago. She never eats. That’s how! Wait until her kids grow up.

If puking and eating dried fish (seriously that i what she ate) is what you call running, then i believe her. the idea of posh putting on a pair of runners and a tracksuit just makes me laugh.

Yup, that’s a load of crap. She has absolutely NO muscle tone in her legs that she would have if she even walked a half mile twice a week! I agree, can’t see her in runners and I sure can’t see her breaking a sweat!

A person doesn’t just up one day and decide they can start running 28 miles a week. A person who claims they’ve never worked out in a day in their lives suddenly has the stamina and endurance to run 4 miles at a time? It just doesn’t work that way. Please. i was a competitive track athlete in college that stopped working out when I went to graduate school. Three years later i thought I could just get right back into it. Uh uh. It took me months to get my running ability back. I call major BS. What is her point exactly?

I have run 8-12 miles a day, 6-7 days a week for the past 25 years, I started running at 14 or so. I am so proud of Victoria. She looks GREAT !!! She should get Jennifer A. to join her !!!! I cant go 3 days without a 12 mile run or I feel like garbage….I have no idea how other people live without running like this. It really increases the quality of life….I only feel good if I’ve been running regularly…… its a healthy addiction/hobby…..I see it sort of a necessity. I always run after 10-11pm when it is quiet and fresh. Beautiful !

Everytime Vicky story changes, she is such a liar, she says what her PR tells her, and what she thinks will make her acceptable to everyone (vain), she probably just started running, but before she wasnt eating…or maybe she forgot all the other interviews were she explained her “diet” !
