Meanwhile, it’s been less than a day since she’s been back and LiLo is making house hunting plans with girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
A source tells the ever-reliable National Enquirer: “They want a fresh start. They’re going to settle down in the city and eventually get married. Everything is falling into place - and Lindsay has never been happier.”
