Joined by Caroline Kennedy, the Sex and the City diva kicked off New York City’s fifth annual Shop for Public Schools promotion today.
For the next week, more than 200 retail locations across the city will donate part of their proceeds to public school libraries.
SJP calls it “a great opportunity for all New Yorkers to get involved.”
Funds raised will help pay for books, technology and other resources in schools that need it the most.

I met her at Macy’s in San Francisco and she looks old as hell up close. Her body is nice but her face is broke down.

Love Sarah Jessica Parker, but she should stay away from Caroline Kennedy. The Kennedy’s use any celebrity they can, but only for their own benifit. Then they toss them aside. Like how they pushed her on Obama to help choose his VP. What qualifications does she have? She has never worked a day in her life at a job. Other than writing books at her own leasure, she has never done anything. Oh yea, other than being a very rich person who was raised on a private island in Greece. It was her and her uncle Teddy who convinced Obama not to even consider Hillary Clinton because they still want Caroline to be the first female President.
