Nick Lachey and his fame-seeking gal pal Vanessa Minnillo recently enjoyed a romantic vacay in sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and it appears the good times and even better booze got the best of their judgment.

    I think whoever took the pics needs to be sued. I don’t think either of them in their right mind would be so cognizant of paps and still take their clothes off. This is too far. they’re on vacation. and they are a couple, together. its not like one was claiming to be a virgin and then got caught doing naughty things.
