More rare than a blue moon, Lindsay Lohan was seen out and about in Los Angeles late last night sans girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
Meanwhile, just days after her father Michael Lohan branded her girlfriend as “a disgusting representation of humanity”, LiLo is standing up for her gal pal via an email to Page Six.
Writes the in-love starlet:
“My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood. He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren’t speaking.
I am in a great place in life. I have overcome a lot and have been able to learn how to enjoy and appreciate my life in every way possible. I’m proud of myself for being able to make a change in the past year and a half.
My past is behind me, and that’s final. There’s nothing more to be said. All the false accusations that people try to make are simply because there’s no story when things are calm and good.
But they might as well let it go because their lies don’t affect me anymore. Samantha is not evil, I care for her very much and she’s a wonderful girl.

She’s damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t… some people think that she should stop responding but her father and his continuous rants against Samantha Ronson if left unanswered turn into another story completely by the tabloids and bloggers, so Lindsay really doesn’t have much of a choice other than to respond to Michael Lohan who will never win any father of the year awards with his continuous homophobic and very un-Christianlike rants against Samantha (another one of which he just let fly by calling E! and yet again bashing Samantha.
If Michael is to be believed then Wow…. I never knew that Samantha Ronson was such a powerful lesbian lothario, who had full and total control over poor innocent and virtuous Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay if Michael is to be believed (and why shouldn’t this father of the year be believed) has no free will of her own… she apparently can’t formulate words for herself, as Samantha writes all of her blogs for her! Lindsay can’t escape the evil clutches of Samantha even when she’s alone-perhaps Samantha ties Lindsay to the bed so she can’t escape (oh, but how would that explain the pictures of Lindsay happily out and about when Samantha is somewhere else)? The hypnotic spell that Samantha has put Lindsay under is so powerful that Lindsay cries on the phone to her father, yet Dad doesn’t try to get Lindsay away from Samantha’s evil clutches.

She should absolutely stop responding. The only reason her loser dad gets any press is b/c ppl expect her to react. Other stars have had bizarro parents (Woody Harrelson and Demi Moore spring to mind), but they got almost no press b/c their kids never responded to their crazy shit.
