The American Idol runner-up, who has legions of “Claymate” fans, is posing with his new baby, and the secondary headline is: “The Idol star opens up about his emotional decision to come out: ‘I cannot raise a child to lie or hide things.”
No, the lies and deception are evidently solely kept for his fans.

Anyway, where are the clayniacs or whatever they call themselves? They used to go nuts whenever Arasto would post stories about Clay and imply that he was gay. They would flood the board with crazy delusional comments just like the Rethugs do whenever a political story is posted. Does he still have fans?

This has the potential of being slightly more interesting than a “Pope Catholic” headline if they go into the reasons why he stay closeted for so long. I’d like to know — okay, that’s totally overstating it — let’s say I’d be vaguely not not interested in how he reconciles his sexuality and his religion.
