60TH PRIMETIME EMMY AWARDS: ARRIVALS

Teri Hatcher was among the first stars to arrive at the 60th annual Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.

Her strapess chiffon dress was simple and effective.

Though she’s a red carpet veteran, the Desperate Housewives acterss got a severe case of starstruckdom when she laid eyes on The Office’s Steve Carell.
