Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt got all spangly and hit up the Christian Audigier Nightclub at the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Vegas on Saturday to celebrate Heidi’s birthday.
The event included cake, dancing and lots of red carpet posing.
While Heidi celebrated her 22nd b-day last night, her body parts will turn 2 next April!

Haha what a pathetic birthday party. You know, with all her many friends there.. Oh right, it’s just Spencey Boy. Good Lord, what did he do to her, I seem to have a faint memory of her being alive once. Also, I’d like to add that their kisses turn my stomach.
These two are just constantly posing and looking for photo ops….how sad. And I’m doubting the guest list was any more than about 2. Spencer and her sister. She has no friends and she just comes across as the biggest loser.
Hard to believe she’s just turned 22. It makes me think I should be less harsh on her. Weren’t we all a little silly at that age? It does seem he’s totally consumed her life and attention, but who knows what really happens behind the cameras?
