I hate those bubble skirt type dresses, bleh, neither!
Rachel. Except for those damn heels! If she switched shoes with Chloe, she would look 10 times better. Chloe never owns anything- even when she looks decent from the neck down, her hair & face always look so blah and give her the appearance of being under-dressed.
i’m not feeling either of them, especially those shoes. yuck…to both of them. but rachel leigh cook’s obviously hotter, so she wins.
It’s hard to objective when Rachel is so cute. She’s also standing straight on, so you can’t see the bubbleness of the skirt as much. Those red shoes might be cute from the side
I absolutely second Aysla! I find it really hard to give Chloe anything she is so blech. I do like her shoes here though- swap them with rachels tacky ones and rachel wins!

It’s not a minidress if it hits the knees! That dress would look so much better if it was hiked up to mid-thigh. The beaded bodice is really pretty, in any event.
As usual, Chloe’s hair and makeup are completely craptastic. Her shoes are too clunky. And why is she carrying a white pillowcase? Rachael’s makeup is pretty, but her hair is nothing to write home about, and those shoes are an unmitigated disaster. Neither owns it.
